There can be little doubt that the hit IFC show Portlandia is gearing up to produce its third season in the Rose City. Last week we reported that the show’s Portland-based casting director Simon Max Hill has put out a call for extras to appear on the show, and over the weekend we received this message from the sketch comedy-based show’s location manager Bailey Phillips:
“Portlandia” is seeking local Portland locations for their third season. Unique homes, businesses, restaurants, shops and offices within the Portland city limits are welcome to apply. Shooting will take place from the end of July to the end of September of 2012.
Interested parties need to submit a photo and a small amount of information on the electronic form at the following web address: www.PortlandiaLocations.com. Only entries submitted through the link provided will be considered.
Readers interested in submitting their homes or businesses for use in the show should contact Phillips at the web address above.
