Portland Casting Director Lana Veenker Talks Leverage, Grimm, and Why It’s A Great Time To Work In Film & TV In Oregon

Portland casting director Lana Veenker sat down with celebrity blogger Byron Beck last week on Beck’s weekly internet chat show, Have You Heard on the Earth2World Network.  In the  first half of the show Veenker and Beck discussed Leverage, Grimm, Portlandia, and the reasons Oregon’s film and TV industry is having its best year ever.

Later in the show Portland actor Darius Pierce joined Veenker and Beck to discuss his recent appearance on Leverage, and Veenker discussed a new non-profit venture she’s  involved with to raise awareness about the use of rape in the Democratic Republic of Congo, F*ck Apathy.
